Any purchase from this site is provided by Buggynation, or any of its suppliers, subject to the following terms:

Buggynation may change these terms at any time without any form for prior notification by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Buggynation website after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

Placing Your Order
All orders must be placed on the Buggynation website. Orders cannot be placed via telephone, telefax or email. Orders not placed via PayPal Checkout will not be processed. All prices are inclusive of 25% Danish VAT and expressed in Danish Kroner DKK.

Restricted Sales Territory
Buggynation accepts orders only from the listed countries. Shipping cost is DKK 49,- per order. Buggynation reserves the right to reject any order without requirement to state cause or reason.

Payment Options
All order check-outs and payments are handled by PayPal. If you have a PayPal account you can log in and make a PayPal transfer to pay. You can also opt to use a major credit card. IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE THE BUGGYNATION SHOP - PAYPAL CAN WORK LIKE ANY OTHER CREDIT CARD PAYMENT GATEWAY.

Once you have finalized the PayPal transaction, Buggynation is electronically notified by Paypal. Some time to verify each payment must be expected. Shipments only take place after payment is fully verified by PayPal. 1-5 days duration after order is placed till shipping is made must be expected, duration depending on your country and payment method.

Shipping Costs
All shipments are made with UPS, DPD or Postal Service at the full discretion of Buggynation. Standard shipping cost is currently only DKK 49,- per order to all EU member states. If you are outside the EU, DKK 49,- will be charged upon checkout but it will be insufficient in most cases. We will contact you with our best shipping quote after receipt of your order.

Cancellation of Order
If you wish to cancel your order you must contact Buggynation immediately via email; info at buggynation dot dk - be sure to inform us of your Paypal transaction ID and what items you wish to cancel. If your order has already been dispatched you can return the parcel to us in un-opened condition within one week after receipt. We will not credit shipment costs in either shipping direction.

Prices
In the event of prices being different between what is advertized on the buggynation website and in the Paypal check-out system then the Buggynation website takes precedense. Buggynation offers no price protection or price warranties. We recommend that you always acquiant yourself with other offers before making your final decision to purchase a product here.
